1.  Remove jewelry when doing household tasks such as cleaning, gardening, sport, washing the dishes or any rigorous activity with your hands, such as exercising. The salt in your sweat affects the goldplating.

2. Never let your jewelry come into contact with cosmetics, hair spray, perfumes, lotions or swimming pool/chlorine water to avoid damaging the silver, gold plating and gemstones.

3. To clean jewelry, mix a little bit of regular dish soap with warm water in a bowl, soak jewelry and if necessary, use a soft toothbrush to scrub behind the stone. Dry it with a lint-free cotton or flannel cloth.

4. When not being worn, always store your gold-plated jewelry inside a small air-tight sealed bag and keep away from sunlight and air to prevent oxidation.
